Caillet joined Jet Aviation in 2008 as engineering team leader and held a number of roles within engineering, project management, and operations. In 2019 he took on the role of vice president completions, and in 2021 he was appointed senior vice president regional operations EMEA, where he was responsible for driving operational efficiency and performance across the region’s completion, MRO, FBO and aircraft services businesses.

Prior to joining Jet Aviation, Caillet served as design engineer at Dassault Falcon Jet in the US. He holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Estaca, France, and a master of science in aircraft design from Linköping University, Sweden.

A native of France, Caillet was raised in the Loire Valley area with a strong love for aviation and automobiles. Today he lives near Basel with his wife and two daughters.

Since joining Jet Aviation in January 2017, Best has also managed a number of successful business development projects, most notably the acquisition and integration of Hawker Pacific and the Scottsdale Jet Center in the U.S. He assumed the role of senior vice president strategic global growth in December 2018 and made significant progress in aligning the sales organization and improving customer data management. 

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Best served Signature Aviation as president Asia, chief commercial officer USA, and managing director EMEA prior to joining Jet Aviation. He is a graduate of the university of Strathclyde, where he earned his MBA, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

She was appointed vice president global marketing and communications in September 2019, when she also joined the Jet Aviation leadership team. In 2020, she was appointed senior vice president global marketing and communications, which also encompassed events and sustainability. In 2024, she assumed the customer and intelligence portfolio.

Dalli began her career as a global commodities journalist, reporting from various locations across APAC, EMEA, and the U.S. Prior to joining Jet Aviation, she spent ten years with Syngenta, serving as head of communications Asia-Pacific out of Singapore from 2012, and as global company spokesperson from Syngenta’s Basel headquarters before that.

Dalli is native English and Maltese, with working knowledge of German, Arabic, and some Italian and French. She holds a degree in Economics from University College London.

Garrido Bosch joined Jet Aviation as program director completions in 2016, overseeing a number of the company’s VVIP completion projects and leading large project teams. In 2022, he changed career path and took on the role of vice president human resources for the EMEA region. In this role, he was key in building the performance and culture of the region through innovative engagement initiatives and a focus on employee welfare.

Prior to joining Jet Aviation, he held a number of program management and technical roles in aviation companies in Italy and the United States.

Garrido Bosch holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica Valencia (UPV), Valencia, Spain, and was part of the International Business Engineering program from Leonardo Corporate, Rome, Italy.

Goh joined the company with over 25 years’ experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining Jet Aviation, he was managing director Asia Pacific for Eaton Aerospace, where he led the aerospace business across the region, including commercial, technical, operational and corporate functions. He also had responsibility for driving organic and inorganic growth for the business, including long term strategy, capability development and government and industry engagement.

He joined Eaton Aerospace in 2019 as regional director APAC, commercial aftermarket & military business, following various leadership, strategy, M&A and customer roles at Eagle Services Asia (Pratt & Whitney and SIAEC Joint Venture) in Singapore, and at Rockwell Collins in both Singapore and the USA. Desmond started his career as an air engineering officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

Goh is an elected Management Committee member of the Association of Aerospace Industries Singapore and an Accredited Director and Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA, and a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Kuyoth has over 35 years of experience in corporate financial roles. He came to Jet Aviation from Gulfstream, where he held the role of vice president of customer support finance since 2023, leading a team that supported the business by directing several key projects, including analysis of new product offerings, development of capital investment proposals and the evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities. Prior to this, he held the positions of director of operations finance, and various roles within the Treasury, Shared Services and Financial Planning functions at Gulfstream.

Kuyoth started his career in 1989 at Merrill Lynch in Ohio, as a financial consultant. He went on to hold positions in a number of investment and asset management companies, before joining Dana Holding Corporation in Treasury in 2009, and Gulfstream in 2012.

He earned a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from The University of Toledo. He was formerly a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals, Maryland, and has several years’ community experience at the YMCA of Greater Toledo.

With over 25 years of IT, and 19 years of senior leadership experience, in healthcare, financial services, technology contracting, and higher education industries, Nader’s ability to map business goals to an IT strategy, coupled with team building and organizational change management skills, has led to a number of successful technology transformations. She has directed large scale projects, including cloud migrations to enable agility, data warehouses and dashboards to enhance decision making, and enterprise business applications to increase business maturity. 

Prior to joining Jet Aviation, Nader served as chief information officer at Perspecta. She also held senior IT positions at Centurion Managed Care and Edelman Financial Services. 

Christie holds an MS, Management of IT from McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia, and a BA, Sociology from George Mason University.

Reifman joined General Dynamics in 2018 and successfully managed a broad legal portfolio including corporate policies/governance, international trade compliance, environmental, political law, data privacy and contract negotiation/administration.

Prior to joining General Dynamics, Reifman worked for Northrop Grumman where she held roles as corporate counsel and director, global trade management. She was also a partner at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP and a former U.S. government contracting officer.

Reifman graduated with honors from George Washington University Law School and holds a B.A. in International Relations and History from Tufts University.

Rongier joined Jet Aviation in 2006 from BMW as project manager in the former Falcon Completions line. He later assumed roles as director project manager office and director final aircraft assembly line in this line before moving to ERP Deployment and Process Re-engineering. In 2014, he assumed the role of head RMU, later moving to director global quotation & portfolio management. From 2020 to 2024, as vice president business operation support, he successfully led key projects including the globalization of MRO quotations, building a common platform for MRO and Completions scheduling and loading, and the ongoing global alignment of quote to cash.

Rongier holds a dual Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Design from Ecole d Arts Métiers, France, and Georgia Tech Institute of Technology, USA, and an MBA from MIT, USA.
