To ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, well-coordinated experience during this exceptionally busy period, Jet Aviation Teterboro has implemented a temporary Prior Permission Required (PPR) process for all aircraft arrivals.

We appreciate your partnership in helping us deliver the highest level of service.

Please keep the following in mind:

• PPR Requirement: A valid Prior Permission Required (PPR) number is required for all aircraft before entering the ramp
• Advance Notice: A $7,500 non-reservation arrival fee applies to arrivals accepted with less than 48 hours’ advance notice
• Late Departures: A $2,500 per-hour fee applies when departure is delayed due to passenger delays
• Event Periods: A $1,750 event fee applies during NYC Fashion Week (September 10–15) and the United Nations General Assembly (September 8-22)
• Additional Services: GPU – $150 per hour; LAV service – $150; potable water – $150; security fee for Jet A aircraft – $175

U.S. Customs is conveniently located on our ramp. Following clearance, we will escort passengers to the Customs office. For customs arrangements, please contact Customs directly at (201) 393-6936 or (201) 288-8919. Arrangements may also be submitted through e-APIS.

After-hours Customs clearance is available with a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice, subject to approval, and incurs an additional $1,150 fee. Our Line Service team can also assist with Customs Agriculture disposal at $8.93 per pound.

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless customer experience, we want to make you aware of additional considerations when traveling through our Palm Beach facility during President Trump’s current term.

Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) will be in effect on a routine basis when President Trump is visiting the Palm Beach area. An official notification regarding a presidential TFR will be issued through NOTAMs and communicated by your scheduling team no sooner than 72 hours prior to activation. Aircraft operators will need to register with TSA 24 hours prior to scheduling flights during TFR active periods. You should be aware that TFR details are subject to change.

During your journey to and from Palm Beach, it is important to plan ahead and account for additional steps during TFR periods. For flights arriving into PBI during an active TFR period, an inbound gateway screening is required at one of the following TSA screening locations: HPN, TEB, IAD, MCO, or FLL. TSA screenings will be available from 8.00am to 5.00pm local time. Please be advised that no flights will be permitted outside the TSA availability during these active periods.

Please note that normal operations will resume when no TFRs are in place, and no additional procedures will be required outside of these restrictions. For any questions, please contact your designated scheduling team.

Scottsdale Airport is planning a temporary closure of Runway 03/21 and all associated taxiways to carry out a pavement maintenance project. These upgrades are part of a long-term effort to support safe, dependable, and efficient airfield operations. Work will include surface preservation and new pavement markings, helping protect the runway condition and extend its service life well into the future.
