Desmond Goh, Senior Vice President Regional Operations APAC

Desmond Goh joined Jet Aviation as senior vice president regional operations APAC in January 2026. He has responsibility for Jet Aviation’s operations and growth in the region, across MRO, FBO, Aircraft Management and Charter.

Desmond joined the company with over 25 years’ experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining Jet Aviation, he was Managing Director Asia Pacific for Eaton Aerospace, where he led the aerospace business across the region, including commercial, technical, operational and corporate functions. He also had responsibility for driving organic and inorganic growth for the business, including long term strategy, capability development and government and industry engagement.

He joined Eaton Aerospace in 2019 as Regional Director APAC, Commercial Aftermarket & Military Business, following various leadership, strategy, M&A and customer roles at Eagle Services Asia (Pratt & Whitney and SIAEC Joint Venture) in Singapore, and at Rockwell Collins in both Singapore and the USA. Desmond started his career as an Air Engineering Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

Desmond is an elected Management Committee member of the Association of Aerospace Industries Singapore and an Accredited Director and Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA, and a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
