During this year’s NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, the 2026 AIN FBO survey results were announced, marking another year in which our FBO bases around the world are recognized for service excellence.

The Annual Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey gathers feedback from pilots, flight crews, and industry professionals about their experiences at FBOs around the world. In its annual survey, AIN’s readers rate hundreds of aircraft handling facilities around the world in five areas, including line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and customer service. This year, Jet Aviation has once again earned recognition in the annual survey, marking another survey in which our teams are recognized for their excellence and customer service.

In this year’s results, Palm Beach maintained its ranking in the top 5% of Top-Rated FBOs In The Americas (By Overall Average). As one of the busiest business aviation airports in our US region, Palm Beach is a key location in our network for our customers. This year we are proud to have this destination recognized with an overall average score of 4.78, which is a 0.03 increase from last year. The FBO placed in the top categories for Line Service and Customer Service, reflecting the team’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe and seamless, personalized service to our valued customers and crew members.

“I am very proud to see our Palm Beach team recognized by AIN readers once again,” says Matt Feinstein, Vice President FBO Operations, EHS & Security. “The team in Palm Beach have consistently upheld a reputation for delivering exceptional, personalized service to passengers, crew, and aircraft for decades. I would like to thank the team for the dedication and passion they demonstrate every day in delivering seamless service to our customers in Palm Beach, and beyond.”

“We are proud to be recognized by AIN readers and remain committed to offering the highest standards of safety and service.”

Among this year’s honorees is also Jet Aviation Amsterdam. The team was recognized in the Rest of the World category and rounded out the top 20% in this year’s FBO Survey with a rating of 4.5 overall average. Located just nine miles from the heart of Amsterdam at Schiphol Airport, the FBO offers a full suite of services, including on-site immigration and customs, executive and crew lounges, and comprehensive aircraft support. Recent facility enhancements include an expanded customer lounge and additional office and storage space, providing an even more welcoming environment for passengers and crew.

“Our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience for every customer, whether they are visiting Amsterdam for business or leisure,” says Ricardo Camacho Paiva, General Manager, Jet Aviation Amsterdam. “We are proud to be recognized by AIN readers and remain committed to offering the highest standards of safety and service.”

Our FBOs in Teterboro, Bedford, Bozeman, Zurich, Geneva, Düsseldorf, Singapore, and Dubai were also mentioned in this year’s survey across a range regions and services, including line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities and customer service.

Thank you to all of our teams across our network for your hard work and commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our customers every day.
