FBO Recognition in AIN’s Annual FBO Survey

2024, AIN, Americas, APAC, Boston, Bozeman, Dubai, Düsseldorf, EMEA, FBO, Geneva, Houston, New York City, Palm Beach, Singapore, Sydney, Washington D.C. Amsterdam, Zurich

Thanks to the efforts of our teams, a number of Jet Aviation FBOs worldwide have placed in the 2024 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey.

Customers recognize a total of 13 Jet Aviation FBO locations, with Palm Beach, Houston, Bozeman, Boston, New York City, Washington D.C. Amsterdam, Geneva, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Sydney, Dubai, and Singapore all receiving customer praise.

Palm Beach retained its place in the top 5% of all U.S. FBOs, ranking fifth in the survey with no score lower than 4.68. It was the team who received the highest recognition (a score of 4.8).

“It is our team that truly sets us apart. Many of them have been part of the team for years and their longevity and commitment to one another and our customers is shown in the seamless manner in which they keep our operation running.”

“It is our team that truly sets us apart,” explained Steven Schrammel, the location’s general manager. “Many of them have been part of the team for years and their longevity and commitment to one another and our customers is shown in the seamless manner in which they keep our operation running.”

In AIN’s EMEA and Asia-Pacific division, our Amsterdam FBO achieved fourth place among the top-rated FBOs this year, a remarkable achievement following high scores in line service and facilities.

“The safety of our customers, employees, and the assets in our care is our number one priority at all times,” said Ricardo Paiva, senior director site operations and general manager. “Jet Aviation Amsterdam is IS-BAH Stage II certified, and we operate a rigorous and regular training program to ensure our employees are up to date with all industry-standard knowledge and certifications.”

Following these exceptional scores, the AIN survey highlighted the FBOs around the world that have improved the most compared to last year. One of these was our Bozeman FBO, which reflects our ongoing efforts to make our operations seamless.

Last year we completed construction of a new 40,000 square-foot hangar at the facility, bringing the total hangar capacity to over 300,000 square-feet, and introduced an on-site supply of Sustainable Aviation Fuel to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our customers traveling to Bozeman.
