Our Journey Over 40 Years in Palm Beach, Florida
One of the eastern-most towns in Florida, Palm Beach is the golf capital of the Sunshine State and home to legendary resorts, historic landmarks, Worth Avenue, and an array of golden beaches. Our award-winning team has been extending a warm welcome to this year-round sunny town since 1985, when we landed in Florida to establish Palm Beach as our second US FBO.
1985
In 1985, Jet Aviation Palm Beach was established when the company acquired an FBO and maintenance operations at the Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida. The acquisition became the second FBO for Jet Aviation in the US market.
The location swiftly made headway in the business aviation community. After less than a year of opening, the FBO placed first in the ‘Most Improved’ category in an industry poll, also joining the Top Ten list from more than 5,000 contending US FBOs.
1990s
In the 1990s, the location continued to evolve its services, outfitting its first VIP cabin interior of a helicopter, which was also painted at the facility and establishing itself as a reputable refurbishment center in the US.
The city was also home to the Jet Aviation headquarters between 1991 and 2003.
2000s
Beginning in the early 2000s, the facility had expanded with three new tenant hangars, and was granted an FAA certification to perform additional inspections and maintenance. It was voted in the top three completions center in the US out of more than 70 companies, in a completions/modifications center survey by an industry trade publication.
2010-2020
In the years to come, Jet Aviation Palm Beach would continue to establish its legacy of seamless service, enhancing our operations to meet the evolving and personalized needs of our customers. By 2020, the Palm Beach Facility had opened a new state-of-the-art FBO and hangar facility extension situated alongside a Gulfstream maintenance facility, which features a 42,000-square-foot hangar and 200,000 square feet of shared tarmac space.
Today

For 40 years, the team at Jet Aviation Palm Beach has been serving customers with an award-winning dedication to personalized service and operational excellence. Most recently, the FBO achieved fifth place in the AIN’s Annual FBO Survey Top Rated FBOs in The Americas (By Overall Average) rankings, with an overall average score of 4.75 out of five.
