Aircraft Records Digitization
Scope of Work
— Hard copy aircraft records will be sorted chronologically
— Maintenance packages, ADs , SBs, STCs and modifications will be identified and catalogued
— Missing data will be documented and operator coordination to recover such data
— All records will be refiled in durable binders and heavy duty boxes
— A detailed inventory list of all records will be provided
— All aircraft records including logbooks will be scanned
— Digital files will be identified, catalogued and inventoried using the same system as the hard copy files for ease of use
— All data will be provided on a USB and uploaded to a cloud platform if required
