Jet Aviation reinvents JetTalks as a podcast series, now on Spotify
Jet Aviation launched its JetTalks video campaign in 2016, with company leaders speaking to employees on various business activities to promote more transparency. While the way our leaders communicate with our employees has since evolved, inlcuding global and local Town Halls, Coffee Withs, blogs and luncheons, JetTalks has recently been revived, but as a podcast series.
Our first podcast was a panel discussion with Lee Rohde, President & CEO of Essex Aviation, Elaine Lapotosky, VP Jet Aviation Staffing and Zoe Katsilis, Director of Sales & Recruitment at Jet Aviation Staffing, on the topic of Talent acquisition during COVID-19.
In our second episode, Jet Aviation's Charter Sales Director, Nikki Higgins, and Manager Charter Vendor Specialist, Lucille Russell, canvassed considerations in selecting the right crew and operations in Charter.
"Podcasts are an easy yet engaging way to help inform the world about our services, expertise and values, whilst also showcasing our leaders and leadership in the industry,” explains Elouisa Dalli, Senior Vice President Global Marketing and Communications. “By putting our company out into such public forums, we can build trust and loyalty with our customers, reach a broader audience, grow our business and deepen our brand.”
As the series evolves, we will continue to look for external guests to share their views with us, so we can not only learn from them but double our exposure.
