I grant permission to Jet Aviation AG and its affiliates (collectively, “Jet Aviation”) to take photographs and videos of the aircraft identified below (“Content”). Provided that the identity of the aircraft (including the registration marks) and the owner remain confidential, Jet Aviation may use the Content worldwide in any form and media and for any purpose (including but not limited to advertising, marketing brochures, publication on Jet Aviation’s website, social media) in perpetuity without any further approval from, or any payment to, me. I agree that all rights to the Content, including copyright, are the sole property of Jet Aviation.
