Jet Aviation first began offering tailored recruitment for business aviation in 1996. The idea was simple: Connect business aviation companies with the right people to enable effortless aircraft operations. Since the beginning, the team has been committed to understanding the individual needs of both candidates and recruiters, and to expanding its capabilities and services in line with these needs.
This drive to support customers in all their recruitment needs led to the launch of Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace in 2023. The platform was designed as a comprehensive digital portal serving job seekers, employers and staffing agencies for full-time, part-time and temporary assignments across the industry, bringing key elements of the staffing process into one centralized digital environment.
Throughout the period, Staffing Marketplace has continued to evolve, introducing new and exciting features to enhance the user experience — whether candidates are looking for their next opportunity, or hiring managers are seeking a seamless way to connect with passionate business aviation professionals.
In 2025, Jet Aviation announced the integration of Avianis flight planning software, enabling users to have a single platform for all their recruiting needs. With this development, schedulers can create job postings directly from their Avianis profile and connect automatically to the Staffing Marketplace, allowing the job postings to be created, candidates to be sourced, and details and updates to be viewed simultaneously across both platforms.

In the last year, the company has continued to grow the platform, adding features for recruiters such as advanced functionalities for tracking and paying hourly employees through timesheet features, job and candidate filters for better reporting, and improved resource areas for customers to upload and share information with crew. The candidate experience has also evolved with user experience improvements such as Face ID and Touch ID for mobile iOS app users, as well as the recent ability to further personalize a candidate’s homepage to keep track of current and previous activity — including visibility into profile views, completed jobs and current earnings — and to select their military status in their profile, displaying the official logo of their specific military branch to showcase their professional experience.
