Jet Aviation Staffing provides customized support for candidates and hiring teams across business aviation operations, including flight and cabin crew, FBO, maintenance and business functions.
Jet Aviation first began offering tailored recruitment for business aviation in 1996. Over the next three decades, staffing became a key business for Jet Aviation in the region and the company continued to expand its services to meet the evolving needs of its customer base, introducing full-time direct hiring, talent acquisition services and payroll solutions. In 2023 the company launched Staffing Marketplace, a comprehensive digital portal serving job seekers, employers and staffing agencies for full-time, part-time, and temporary assignments across the industry.
