Dear Valued Customer,

I would like to take the opportunity to reconnect and update you on how we are responding to COVID-19 across our global network.

Our top priority is the health and safety of you and our employees, your families and all of those visiting any of our sites worldwide. Our dedicated global safety and security teams are working around the clock to ensure we are monitoring, reporting and responding to information and restrictions as the COVID-19 situation evolves. Cleaning protocols have increased across all of our sites and we have instituted a number of hygiene and sanitization procedures to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. We are also ensuring all of our partners and suppliers are adhering to our policies and we have strict controls for long-term visitors.

Like many other companies, our employees are being encouraged to work from home where possible, thereby reducing physical contact and mitigating the risk of exposure for all. Our IT department is ensuring our technology platforms and systems are optimal and running at maximum capacity. For those who cannot work from home, we are ensuring all guidance and health checks are taking place and regularly communicating the importance of social distancing, self-care and personal hygiene.

We continue to operate all of our sites and facilities worldwide, and our Customer Service and AOG teams remain active and ready to support. Although business travel is very limited and we are not actively moving team members across different sites, our management teams are meeting daily to share information, better understand business impact and creatively respond to customer requests.
