Dear Valued Customer,

Beginning in late March, we implemented a series of actions to manage the impact of COVID-19 on our business, our customers and our employees. I am sure you are receiving numerous communications from your associates, but I wanted to give you a short but important update from Jet Aviation.

Commitment to Safety

The health and safety of you and our employees, your families and all of those visiting any of our sites worldwide remains our top priority – today and every day. Our teams continue to monitor and act upon all updates from various governments and health bodies, implement and regularly review hygiene and sanitization procedures, and ensure our partners continue to adhere to our policies.

Mitigating the Impact on our Global Team

In response to COVID-19 disruptions to the aviation industry and the global economy, we implemented a series of progressive steps to offset the near-term impacts and to help protect our people longer term. We eliminated all discretionary spending, including non-business critical travel, advertising, events and service providers. We also made the difficult decision to reduce the workweek or salary of most employees worldwide in an effort to avoid redundancies, and pursued government support where possible. Our people are our most valued and critical resource, and we hope these measures will be short-lived.

We are here for you

We implemented a number of actions and initiatives to ensure our facilities remain operational and provide the full range of services to which you are accustomed. Our global maintenance and completions facilities continue to operate, including AOG, component and after-sales support. Every facility within our global FBO network remains open and ready to serve. Our dedicated Aircraft Management, Charter and Staffing teams are available globally, either working from home or from a Jet Aviation facility, and we continue to seek new ways to ensure we can meet any request you might have. For example, we just received FAA authorization for “Cargo Only” operations on our Part 135 Certificates, allowing us to provide additional emergency medical transport for personnel and supplies.
