Jet Aviation selects Dana Fales as director of its Dallas FBO and completes a 48,000-sq-ft ramp expansion at the facilitySeptember 5, 2012
Dana joined Jet Aviation in 2004. In his new role, he is responsible for daily oversight of the Dallas operation including customer service, line service and aircraft maintenance, in addition to environmental compliance, safety and security. He holds a bachelor's degree in aviation management and served as a production control supervisor/UH-69 helicopter crew chief in the U.S. Army. Dana reports to John Langevin, vice president and general manager, FBO operations, North America.
"We've made two important improvements to our Dallas operation," said John. "Dana's extensive operational and customer service experience will help us attract new customers and the added ramp space gives us room to easily accommodate them."
Recently Jet Aviation Dallas worked with the Dallas City Council to gain approvals for the expanded leasehold which allowed Jet Aviation to add the improvement to the operation. The new reinforced concrete ramp can support an aircraft as large as a 757, which will enable Jet Aviation to support larger aircraft in Dallas, in addition to serving its present clients.
