Jet Aviation launches new “PT” jet travel card

Teterboro, NJ  —  Jet Aviation announced today that it has launched a new jet travel card for U.S. business-jet travel customers. The new PT card by Jet Aviation takes into account today's changing economic environment by providing customers with flexible terms and conditions, plus attractive rates.

With the PT card, members make no upfront capital investment, there are no multi-year contracts to sign and no residual aircraft-value concerns. Aircraft availability is guaranteed, and clients receive one-call personal service and attention to their travel needs.  A wide choice of aircraft manufacturers and models are available for PT card holders, with prices starting at $51,500 for 10 hours in a light jet.

"In listening to our clients' needs, we have redesigned our existing travel card, resulting in the PT card by Jet Aviation. One of the most attractive benefits of the PT card is that on certain round trip flights, clients can see a discount of 40% in their travel costs," said Robert Seidel, senior vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation's aircraft charter and management division in North & South America. "The program also allows cardholders to change their aircraft size when necessary, another flexible feature of the program."

Jet Aviation has been providing aircraft charter service for over 40 years, offering worldwide services from its coordination centers in Teterboro, New Jersey; Zurich, Switzerland; and Hong Kong, China. The company has access to more than 1,700 aircraft of many types and sizes, including Global Express, Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Challenger, Citation and Learjet aircraft. Charter flights arranged by Jet Aviation originating within the USA are operated by air carriers licensed to operate under FAR Part 135 by the FAA and registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
